| Upper body configuration | The tank is square-round, with a volume of 5 cubic meters, a single compartment, and is made of 5182 aluminum alloy. The cylinder is 5.5mm thick, and the end caps are 5.7mm thick. A single aluminum alloy European standard manhole with a built-in breather valve is located in the center of the tank top. Manual aluminum alloy guardrails are installed on both sides of the tank top, along with a removable aluminum alloy rear ladder. The control cabinet (aluminum alloy) includes an explosion-proof light and an external electrostatic reel. The refueling pump is an aluminum alloy pump (mechanical seal type). The flow meter is a Hefei Jingda Instrument 0.2-level accuracy, 50mm diameter rotary valve flow meter. The filter separator is a 5-core filter (including 2 separators and 3 coalescing filter elements). Gravity refueling is achieved using a 15-meter aviation kerosene-specific hose reel with an aviation kerosene-specific nozzle. The level gauge has a 10-inch aluminum alloy dial. The operation control system is integrated. The unloading box on the left side of the tank is equipped with an oil and gas recovery system. An emergency shut-off valve with a 5 km/h speed limit is installed according to new regulations. A red button for the emergency shut-off valve is installed at the rear of the tank. One standard aluminum alloy toolbox, two oil drain hoses, one 1-inch drain valve at the front end of each aluminum alloy round barrel on both sides of the tank, all boxes are equipped with container lock bars for easy lock matching by users, rubber plugs are installed at the bottom of the outlet box, and plastic fire extinguisher cartridges (8KG) are equipped on both sides of the rear of the tank. | ||
